Shipping Information

We offer free domestic shipping to the United States via USPS. International Shipments are charged at regular FedEx rates.

PLEASE NOTE: Royal Scout and Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages. However, we will do our best to work with you to hunt down the package and get it to you. Just send a message to: victoria@royalscoutandco.com to let us know your package is missing.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of Royal Scout and Co products, all sales are final, no refunds or returns are available. Thank you for understanding.

Order cancellations, additions to your order, or item swaps are unavailable once an order is placed. If you forgot something in your order, just make a new order.

Please be aware that smartphone screens, table screens, and computer screens do not always depict colors exactly as they will appear in real life. If you are need of an exact match, please contact us for swatches.

If your item is damaged or you received the wrong item:  

We are happy to make it right. 

To replace a damaged item or incorrect item:

• This must be within 7 days of the purchase date on your invoice

• Send us a message (victoria@royalscoutandco.com) with your order # and image of the item to verify the item is damaged or incorrect.

• If the original item you ordered is unavailable we can issue you a store credit of equal value or offer an exchange.
